A sweet end of a meal

At the end of the meal, combined with desserts this Gaudium is perfect because it emphasizes the sweetness of the last course without covering the taste but enhancing it. It is a wine produced in small series and for this I also bought a bottle to keep in my cellar. Congratulations!

Only 500 bottles produced. The color is amber, very clear and crisp. The nose evokes hints of almonds and dried figs. In the mouth it is persistent, delicate, balanced sweet and very similar to the famous French Sauternes. Perfect to pair with a delicate dessert wine or just for meditation with no food.
