On the palate, it is characterized by its marked acidity, as well as its full body. It is a still wine that releases all its essence when paired with fish starters, aperitifs, first and second courses. The wonder of this wine is that it can be matched also with vegetable first courses, white meat, and spicy dishes, becoming one of the wines that best pairs itself with different foods. Sauvignon blanc: when taste and acidity go hand in hand
