The origins of the Tili cellars
The founder of the Tili family arrived here in Central Italy way back in 1200, as one of Barbarossa’s followers. And his descendants have never left. In 1978, following tradition and the family business, the owner of the company started to bottle the wine. His sole aim was to realise the dream of making the wine recognised, tasted and appreciated worldwide. And this is still happening down to today.
The Tili winery, which produces between 90,000 and 100,000 bottles a year, is now known in the United States, Japan, Denmark, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Switzerland and Germany. The Tili wines stand out as value products due to the calcareous terrain on which they are grown, a terroir that is particularly permeable and unable to hold rainwater. This enriches the organoleptic profile of the grapes with saline. The strength of this family’s vineyards derives from the excellent geographic and climatic conditions. This combined with special growing techniques and lack of pesticides and weed killers produces wines of the highest quality. Tili products include Assisi Bianco DOC, Assisi Grechetto DOC, Assisi Rosso DOC, Gaudium, Muffa Reale, Assisi Pinot Nero DOC, Sacreterre and Young Assisi Rosso DOC.

Eleonora Rossi and Marco Casolanetti, the young couple of wine cultivators who gave birth to this wine cellar, made this choice when starting their business of cultivating Montepulciano wine in Cupra Marittima, in the Ascoli Piceno province of the Marche region. This choice points towards a love for wine and work, putting these qualities in front of the creation of a wine that is technically perfect, though void; a wine that oftentimes, in its path to perfection, has lost the personality of its producers.
Kurni and Kupra: Symbol of the Oasi degli Angeli Wine Cellar
Kurni is the symbol of this winery. It is wine that alongside being recognized throughout the years by numerous awards, has made Oasi degli Angeli history: a Montepulciano wine that gifts its lucky tasters with incredible and unique sensations. Its name comes from the nickname of Eleonora’s family, the Curnì (Cornel tree). This plant is as resistant and tenacious as the farmworkers of this land, as they cultivate this sandy and poor area with passion and dedication.

The Oasi degli Angeli winery represents one of the excellencies of the Marche region, as well as an Italian excellency abroad, for it encompasses the finesse of tradition and the passion for innovation. Their wines are perfect to enjoy during an aperitif or to serve with red meat and cheese. Their quality, taste, and flavor make the Kurni and Kupra among the best red wines. While the former is immediately recognizable for its crimson color, the latter is famous for its ruby-red shade.
Montepulciano Kurni or Kupra: so much to choose from
These are both important wines that present soft and delicate tannins. The essential elements in Montepulciano Kurni are the vanilla and banana notes, alongside nuances of tobacco, spices, and red fruit. Furthermore, it is a particularly rich wine, though also balanced. It is perfect when served at 15 degrees Celsius.
On the other hand, Kupra offers a spice and blackberry aroma. If you are a sweet and elegant wine lover, then this wine is without a doubt the best choice for you. To maximize its taste, we suggest enjoying it at 15 degrees Celsius.
from the grape harvest to the fermentation, when the grapes from the different vineyards are left to ferment separately. The philosophy at Ornellaia is that every starter wine is an essential and determining part of the final result. It is only after one year of being left to ferment in separate barrels that the final wine blend is created in perfect Ornellaia style: elegant and vintage.

Ornellaia wines: the excellency of Italy
The origins of Tenuta dell’Ornellaia, close to Bolgheri, in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, are found in quite recent times. In 1981 count Lodovico Antinori founded Ornellaia in the perfect area to create a distinctive setting. Here, red and white wines can blossom, becoming the perfect expression of the land they come from. It is a region that is quite close to the Mediterranean coast: in the summer months a light sea breeze caresses the vineyards; in the winter months the hills are the perfect natural protection from the cold Northern winds, assisting in the production of these marvelous super Tuscan wines. Both red and white wines at Tenuta dell’Ornellaia are characterized by unmistakable fragrances, which recall the history and tradition of a passion that searches for quality and good taste. It is not by chance that the aromatic notes of these wines are appreciated all over the world. At the olfactory level, these wines emanate unmistakable aromas, which amaze tasters at every sampling. The inebriating scents are freed in the nose, as the perfect harmony of taste and fragrance expands after each sip. In particular, the red wines at Ornellaia are characterized by a unique color: a precious ruby-red, intense, and capable of bewitching anyone who lays eyes on them.
