Wines ranking August 2021
Cabernet Franc, Sangiovese, Merlot, Pinot Noir, and Sauvignon Blanc are just some of the grape varieties proposed in Enoteca Properzio’s August ranking.
Duemani Cabernet Franc Costa Toscana 2017 0.75 lt.: this Cabernet Franc has all the qualities of Tuscan wines and stands out among the collector’s wines for its combination of elegance and personality. Elegance that is perceivable thanks to its sober and refined bouquet and its harmonious aromas, a skilful balance of fruity fragrances, and balsamic notes.
Nadel Poderi Morini 2016 0.75 lt.: Emilia-Romagna offers a wine with a spicy bouquet that opens the degustation to a taste that is as structured as it is fruity. The tannins are elegant, making it a red wine persistent but never excessive.
Malcompare Arnaldo Caprai 2016 0.75 lt.: Michel Rolland is the enologist behind this creation, of which only three thousand bottles were produced. Among the olfactory nuances the violet and rose can’t be missed, on the palate, this 100% Pinot Noir, known for its aging potential, is characterized by silky sweet tannins.
Assisi Rosato Bio Tili 2018 0.75 lt.: here it is a 100% organic rosé wine that is definitely worth trying! Strawberry, cinnamon, and pomegranate accompany the olfactory phase, while on the palate a very light acidity immediately stands out. Also due to its softness, it matches particularly well with shellfish such as lobster and prawns.
Sauvignon Blanc SVGB Fendi Selection Enoteca 2019 0.75 lt.: Umbria is the homeland of this 100% Sauvignon Blanc, which is rich in minerals and particularly complex. Its acidity makes this wine more than pleasant, particularly during the appetizer or with white meat dishes.
