Bright straw-yellow with slightly amber reflections, delicate but fine and persistent perlage. The nose has a very large bouquet full of candied fruit (lemon, orange), white flowers (lily) and freshly toasted dried fruit (hazelnut, almond). The palate is round and decisive, with a juicy and full bodied but at the same time soft and creamy. However, the structure is made alive by the cheeky and slender freshness that leaves intact the characteristics of the fruits and fades them towards more citrus and floral scents. Harmony is the beneficiary, which remains perfect even in closing.
