A Franciacorta wine is the right sparkling and lively note to savor as an aperitif or to enjoy during a meal. From the unmistakable perlage and an effervescent taste, it is a winning combination of scents and flavors appreciated all over the world.
Bellavista Gran Cuvée Rosé of 2008 undoubtedly stands out among the most popular bottles: a Franciacorta with a classic fine and continuous perlage, a white froth of good persistency and a yellow color with greenish shades. It is perfect for pairings with fish and shellfish, to the nose white flowers and ripe fruit are immediately recognizable. Complete and particularly elegant in the mouth.
On the podium of the Franciacorta, Giulio Ferrari Riserva del Fondatore of 2006 cannot be missed. With its bright straw yellow color and a very fine perlage, to the nose it remains rich, intense and decidedly mature with warm Mediterranean notes, as well as exotic fruit and sugar cane. With a broad structure in the mouth, it is a Franciacorta wine as enveloping as it is important.
